My apologies for this message but I just need to confirm with you that I sent the correct email address for you to respond to.
This appears to still be the only one that Jotform has operating at the moment.
As you can imagine it is quite frantic here!!!!!
According to our mailing logs, emails to the following addresses are being sent and received fine:
You should be receiving emails to these addresses, please let us know if you are not receiving them. You can also ask your IT department to whitelist JotMails IP Addresses, and check your spam or trash folders to see if the emails are not ending up there.
The following two email addresses were in our bounce list, but were consequently removed when you or your colleagues have contacted us about the problem:
This reply will be sent to your JotForm account's default email address, which is firstname.lastname@example.org at this time. I hope this helps.

Please also ensure that the following emails are not on the bounced list
Please confirm that these are not being bounced by your or amazon systems

I have checked and the don't appear to be there but they are still not working. They are reported as failed in the history list.
Can you please unblock them or do what ever you need to do get them working please. This failure is costing my company.
