    Hi,

    Thank you for your message. JotForm does not provide a fully functioning password protection at this time. However, there is a workaround that you can do to implement basic password protection by using Conditions. Please refer to the following thread for more information:

    http://www.jotform.com/answers/3085-What-kinds-of-security-controls-can-I-add-to-my-web-forms#1

    Again, this is only a workaround and not a permanent password-protection solution. This method should not be used for securing sensitive forms. This is only used for basic forms.

    Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!

    Hi Josh,

    Thank you so much for your quick reply. For some reason, the form collapse tool didn't hide when using page-break tool. I have now escalated this problem to our development team for further investigation. They'll reply to this thread once the problem is fixed or if they have come up with solution.

    While this problem is still in processed, what you can do for now is to setup hide/show conditions manually for each field. This is a bit painful but it should work when setuped correctly.

    e.g.

    When Password field = yourpassword show Form-collapse1

    When Password field = yourpassword show Name

    Thank you so much for your patience and my apologies for this inconvenience. Please let us know if you have further questions. Thank you so much!

    @mytntboom,

    Yes! you can create the same password conditions on your forms.

    @jzweiger,

    Apologies but Form Collapse and Page-Break can't be together. We don't support it. You have to change your Form Collapse in order to work with Page-break. Thank you so much for your understanding.
