Enter your email id in the email notifier section then just verify the email id. After that you will receive submissions by email.

I have checked you form and I noticed that you have set conditional email Notification that will only be sent if your users select a product in your payment field.
So if your users do not select product inside of your form, you will not receive email Notification.
I would suggest you to remove condition for email Notification or to make payment field required as well.
