I'm checking your account and one of the forms, I was able to open the "Conditions" setup:
To edit existing notifications, just click the "Saved Conditions".
I also noticed that there's a deleted field that is still in your conditions, to avoid errors and problems, please correct it:
If the "Conditions" wizard doesn't show up, please do try using a different browser and see if the problem persists.
