Many of our subscriptions have attachments and few of them can be opened. The rest are unavailable.
For us the attachments are more important than the subscription itself.

I checked the submissions for your form and it does indeed look like many of the previous file links are now broken:
Clicking on those links produces an access denied error:
Though there are a several uploads for your form, it is showing there are 0 in our admin panel:
I will forward this to our development team to have a closer look. We will update you here in this thread as soon as we have any further information.

Can you confirm that these missing submissions were accessible before?

These submissions were visible before we transfered from FormsCentral.
Here, they were never fully functional.
Furthermore, some of the NEW ones done directly here are not visible, even though we know that they were uploaded.
In a lot of cases a work partner of ours uploaded 3 files, and one is visible and the other 2 are not.
