Activating the imported (from FormCentral) PDF Form

I imported my .pdf form from FormCentral before it expired. They are listed in "My Forms" How do I "activate" them now so I can add a submit button and use them?

The "cloned" form has lost all of its formatting. I would basically have to recreate the entire form in order to be able to use it...... So moving the forms to JotForm was a waste of time, unless you want to do it ....let me know

For Adobe FC PDF forms, you will only get them as a PDF in Jotform. For Adobe FC web forms, you will also have them as a web form in Jotform. This is how the import process works.

Unfortunately, cloning the PDF won't work because you'll only lose all the formatting. It's either you will publish it as a fillable PDF or re-create it to have a web form version.
