What does the Complete Submission Button do?

for the incomplete submissions (I have 12 on this one form), what happens when i click complete submission. Does it request a payment again? does it assume that the payment was made already and i am saying its ok to add it to the submitted pool (which then sends an email)?

Completing a submission in the incomplete payment section will NOT process any payment as there was no payment information to begin with. The system will simply treat this as a regular submission so it can be included on form reports, and that email alerts can be fired off as usual.
