Hi! I am setting up a demo account for a client and would like to make sure the Jot Form I created is syncing to Dropbox correctly, which it isn't currently. I integrated the form, submitted a test form and it didn't sync. So I unlinked the accounts and tried again with no success. I have a meeting with my client on Friday and would like to have this resolved ASAP. Thank you!

I've tested the dropbox integration on other forms in my account and it worked just fine. However, when I tried to clone your JotForm and integrate Dropbox the submissions are not being sent to Dropbox. It seems that there is an issue with the form itself. Could you try creating a new form and integrate Dropbox to see if that works? You may use our Field Manager app to copy the fields from one form to the newly created JotForm.
