    Hello,

A client successfully submitted one of my forms that had a required field at the bottom that integrated my PayPal account. I noticed this morning that the payment never actually posted to my PayPal account. Can someone look into this for me? It was for my Mini Session Sign Up form.

I am using the Wordpress Widget. In addition, the form is not showing up on mobile devices.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

I checked your form and see that your form is properly setup. Can you try to do a test submission in your form so you can verify if the payment is going to your account? I cannot replicate the issue since I do not have a credit card that can be used for testing.

Regarding on the issue about your form not showing on mobile device, I have moved it to a separate thread so we can better assist you regarding the issue. You can check it here. We will attend to it as soon as possible.

We will wait for your response.

    Regards.

Hi, I actually had received payment from another client with this form when it was embedded into my blogger site. I then updated my site to wordpress and that is when the issues began.

    Hi,

This might be caused by conflict in scripts in your site and JotForm. Using the iFrame embed method will solve the issue in conflicting scripts. Please try to use the iFrame embed method as also suggested in your other thread. We will try to fix the issue on the mobile responsiveness of your form on your other thread.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.
