We have been trying to get the form to work
properly so have had a number of people
testing the submit ...
several people are getting the same error message:
ERROR: Sorry, there was an error. Please be sure
and try again.
Cache and cookies were cleaned and reset and
still we get this message.
Please, how do we fix the error and how do we
delete the test submits?

Can you try to re-embed your form using the iFrame embed method and check if you will not encounter the error? To get the iFrame embed code of your form, just follow the instruction provided in this article: Getting the Form iFrame Code. Regarding on how to delete your submission, you can do this in the Submission Page of your form.
