I received this message from pay pal and payments are not working...

You’re receiving this notification because you’ve been identified as a merchant who has used IPN endpoints within the past year. If you have not made the necessary changes, we urge you to do so right away to avoid a disruption of your service!

Because these changes are technical in nature, we advise that you consult with your individuals responsible for your PayPal integration. They will be able to identify what, if any, changes are needed. Please share this email and the hyperlinks below with your technical contact for evaluation.

I have had three people try to make a payment via jot form today and not working? What can I do?

    Thanks :)

When I submitted your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52019489247967 I got redirected to PayPal. Can you please check if you can reproduce the error on your end? Or if you can provide us steps on how to reproduce the problem, we'd be happy to investigate it further. Also if that is not the form your are having issues with please provide us ID of the form that is not redirecting your users to PayPal.

Considering message you got from PayPal - PayPal is upgrading the certificate for www.paypal.com to SHA-256. This endpoint is also used by merchants using the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) product. We are aware of this update and it's been taken cared of.

Our servers are already updated with the latest security certificates that are using SHA-256 algorithm. This changes that are to be implemented by PayPal will not affect JotForm's integrations, so you do not have to be concerned.

Your PayPal-integrated forms should work normally as expected.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
