Recently, files uploaded to our form and placed in our google drive using the integration have had their names changed to "Untitled" in the google drive folder.

    Thanks for reporting.

Is it possible that the file name is titled "Untitled" on the first place?

There's a recent update about files on google drive about URL encoding on its filename. I'm not sure if this has caused it, if it is, it should not occur anymore. However, if the problem is still occurring, please let us know the form in question so we can submit a test and see if we can reproduce it here.

    Thank you!
