Hi.
I have two fields hidden (Fields - Assigned Rocket and Assigned Spaceship) that are always hidden for the entirety of entry all the way thru submission. I use those hidden fields for displaying values in an email notifications and auto-responders. I have the entire form hidden upon access (Field - ID) until the user applies a proper value into the ID field. Upon proper verification of the user's ID, access to the form is granted.
I have the hidden fields set with a default value. If I turn off the ID requirement off (pausing the conditional logic), the default values will populate the hidden fields as in the first example below...BUT using the ID requirement prevents the fields from opening with any value populated in them at all as in the second example below.
Please remember that they are ALWAYS hidden whether an ID is required or not. The only difference is the use of an ID for access. I am using a collapse-able section for ease but even eliminating the section and using logic to display fields individually still prevents the normally hidden fields from pre-populating with their default values as in the third example below.
I have un-hidden those fields for testing purposes in the links below.
Help me, please! Thank you!

Not quite sure if I understand your requirements correctly.
But upon checking your form, I believe the values on the hidden fields are not properly showing because there's no trigger.
I cloned your form and made changes in my end, here it is: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52573231892963?. See if that works as you expected.
First, I added a calculation value on the drop down selections you have. Here's a guide that you can follow for that: http://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
After that, in the Conditional logic, I added a another trigger, the trigger is that when the ID field is filled out.
Let us know if that works as you expected, you can clone my form by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
Just take note that the drop down options are not being triggered or having a code conflict with the other conditions that is why the input fields (hidden ones) are being set to empty.
Let us know if that works

Hi Charlie.
Thank you! That did it. FYI, I didn't need to add a calculation value but simply to add the additional AND logic of "IF ID is FILLED" and that took care of it. I didn't realize I would need to trigger it after the page load. Maybe that knowledge will help someone else. Thank you again!
