    Dear Sir/madam,

    Could you please help me? I have tried to make the same construction as described here:

    https://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/

    I made a form called "First Form" that has to redirect to the "Main Form" with the prepopulating fields "voornaam" and "email".

    I don't know how to fix it. Could you please help me?

    With kind regards,

    Esther Aalberts

    Hi,

    This is because the "Thank You" link you are using has two sessions on it.

    I believe the correct link should be:

    http://www.jotformeu.com/form/52563161390351?session={email6}&email28={email6}&voornaam={voornaam}

    Make sure also that you get the correct field names.

    Let us know if that works.

    Hey Charlie,

    Thanks for your reply. I changed the link and checked the name fields. When I try it now and fill in "Test 4" at Voornaam and an my e-mailadress. I get the thank you page, and then I see a different name filled in. (this name I filled in earlier with a previous session when I was testing) . First I thought it had to to with my browser, so I cleared out all of the browsing and form history etcetera. But it doesn't seem to help. I hope that you can help me.

    Here are the three print schreens I have made.

    The reason why you are seeing the old data is because the old data is loaded from our server that is associated with that session.

    If you go to the same form, but just change the session to some other email, you will immediately see that there is no data shown there.

    This data exists there until the form is submitted as long as you come over the same session ID - the email after session= in the url.

    Also, each segment of the data is saved on the page each time you click on Back / Next button to go to a new page and is again loaded once you come to the same form over the same session.
