JotForm won't save the name of the form when I re-name it

    Dear Sirs,

I am using the free version of JotForm to create subscription forms.  However, when I change the name of a form in the listing, it doesn't keep the saved name but reverts to the previous/initial name.  I want to have various versions of the form with different marketing agents details and e-mail addresses in it, so I need a few versions of the same thing.  It also won't rename/save cloned forms under a new name, it just calls it "Clone of Subscription Form".

This is before I have embedded it, I need to give each form a different name before I send it to the agents, so I know what's what.

Please advise how I can rectify this as it is going to cause confusion for me, I won't know which agent's forms are which.  Thank you very much.

    Kind regards, Bronwyn

This is a strange issue Bronwyn. I have just tried to change the title from within the myforms page and it works properly - as it was before.

I was able to even double click on one form, change the text and then double click on the other form title and have the changes saved, so this worked as well.

Can you please however try to double click the title, type the text and then press Return / Enter key on your keyboard and see if it repeats the same issue or if it allows you to make a submission instead?

If this does not work, you should be able to just click on the title of the form once you open it for editing and just change its text from there instead.
