    Hello,

    The Notifier works when you test it, however when you actually complete and submit I don’t get any notification e-mail.

    I have checked you email logs and all the notifications are being sent to the specified email successfully (see screenshot below)

    Could you kindly check if the emails from jotform are being routed to the spam folder in your inbox.

    You can also add the IP and the emails on this page to your mail server white-list, kindly let us know of the outcome.

    Hi ,Email sent from this address have been flagged as spam and have been released. The domain jotformeu.com is currently listed in the uribl (http://uribl.com) blacklist, attached is a screenshot.To resolve this jotform will need to get themselves delisted, until they are delisted emails from them will be continually flagged as spam. Please raise this issue with their support.Regards, Kevin.

    Thank you for providing this additional information, I have checked and the jotformeu.com domain is indeed blacklisted.

    I have alerted our development team regarding this issue, also as a precaution against future blacklisting kindly add the IP address in the guide below to your mail server white-list

    We have requested to the site to delist the said domain. Hopefully this will be delisted soon.
