Form submissions reset question

Hi there, my number of form submissions was reset and I was simultaneously told this was a one time thing. This seems to be a very upside down way of doing things. I am trying to get the form right before I put it on the web, I was looking for more submissions so I could continue testing as I only had 17 left, not so that I could receive more actual submissions.

I am still not finished testing, as there is a scroll bar I'm trying to get rid of after I submit. Is there some better way of doing this?

    Thanks,

    Romano

I believe Romano that you are referencing this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/662346 where my colleague has reset your form submissions counter for you.

Now in regards to the submissions, you can always use the Get More option to get more regular submissions for your account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore

Now in regards to the scrollbar, I do think that I know what the issue is, but would need to ask you for the link to the page where the form is embedded at. If it is what I think is happening, we can help you with the custom CSS that will resolve that for you.
