    E-mails not being received from JotForm.

    I have two different JotForms. A contact form and an RSVP form embedded on our website. I am now not receiving them. 

    There are two e-mails registered for our forms. bclair@ultimatedefensivedriving.us and jclair@ultimatedefensivedriving.us 

     

    I recently made a free account for sending out surveys only using the bclair email address. 

     

    Can you please assist. Us receiving the e-mails is so important

    Hi,

    I checked our mail logs for both of your addresses and it looks like the emails were failing to "jclair@ultimatedefensivedriving.us ":

    This usually means our services have been blacklisted by our.  Here is our list of domains and IP's to have whitelisted with your email provider:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    I removed your address from our bounce list, however, I would strongly recommend whitelisting our domains and IP's in order to prevent this from happening again.

    The addresses appear to be the same for that form as your contact form.  I checked our mail logs and the notifications look like they are going through once again.  If you have any further trouble with them, let us know and we will take another look.
