PayPal is upgrading the certificate for www.paypal.com to SHA-256. Is this info current on our system?

We recently received an email from PayPay informing us of their certificate upgrade.  How can I determine if this info is updated on our account.

I see that we have some pending submissions starting 9/4/15 for one of our forms.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Our servers are already updated with the latest security certificates that are using SHA-256 algorithm. This changes that are to be implemented by PayPal will not affect JotForm's integrations, so you do not have to be concerned. Your PayPal-integrated forms should work normally as expected.

Regarding your concern about pending submissions, are you referring to the "Incomplete Payments"? If you are referring to that, you can check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/. Those are submissions where users have not successfully completed payment, either they have close the payment page or did not continue to do the transaction.

    I hope that helps.
