Dropdown on time field not showing options

    Hi Jotform

     

    I have a form in which there are time picker field.

     

    It works fine on my desktop, but when trying to fill out the form on my tablet, all the options are missing, it only shows blank spaces in the dropdown.

    If I press the blank space, the dropdown collapses and displays the right value.

     

    Can it be some kind of a responsive issue?

     

    The tablet has an 8" display, and the problems occurs both horizontally and vertically.

    Hi,

    I've tested it on an emulated Galaxy Tab 2 running on Android 4 OS, I also tested it on my Android device phone running on Android 4.4 Kitkat, but I wasn't able to replicate the problem.

    Could you share us more information on the tablet you are using? Also, does this happen in other Android devices? Or just on that device? You might also need to upgrade the browser version you are using or try a different one and see if the problem persists.
