Can you make forms private?

Is there a way to make a form in our account private?  I'd like to create a form but don't want everyone that has access to the account to be able to see it or the answers.

    Is this possible?

Do you mean to say that your account is being used by somebody else also? You may be looking for the feature of sharing forms with other users. Please refer to the guide below that can help you in sharing forms in your account to other users.

    http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

Using this feature, you may share specified forms with the other users so that they cannot see other forms or its responses.

    Hope this information helps!

We have several people on our staff that have access to our account and the forms on it.  I want to create a form that people can't see when they login.  Basically we're making a form for the staff to fill out so I don't want them logging into the account and seeing what other staff are saying on the form.  Does that make sense?  Right now we have access to all the forms on the account and I want to be able to hide this one.

Let me know if there's a solution to this.  Thanks.

Since the same account is being used by several users, unfortunately it is not possible to hide or make private a form. If you do not want the other people to see the form, it should be created in a different account or you'll need to use sub-account users to share the necessary forms.

    Hope this information helps!
