How do I bulk email all my registrants?

My form is 2015 NW Phil. Conf.  Is there somewhere on you site that teaches me how to email everyone at once?

No - I want to send an email to everyone just before conference. They all received the automated reply after they registered, but I have new info to share. Can it be done bulk or do I have to do it individually?

If I understood you correctly you want to sent email to users that have already submitted your form. Email Notifications and Autoresponder email are sent only when form is submitted. 

If you want to update your users that have already submitted your form you will need to write emails manually.
