Newly added Payment tool not showing on form

I am updating the form by adding the payment option. Unfortunately it doesn't ppear when I embed the form to my website, not it appears on the preview option.

I have cloned your form and here's what I have found out. 

Just click "here" to unhide the payment tool and that should fix it.
