We just purchased the $9.95/month JotForm, but our account still shows "Free"

    HELP!!!  I created a form and we are going to run-out of submissions.  We upgraded the account, paying monthly $9.95 to get 1000 submissions/month, but our account settings still shows "Free".  We will run-out of submissions in the next couple of hours.

    I've just checked your account and it has been successfully upgraded to premium. Please try to log out and log back in.
