ho creato un modulo da con autoresponder al cliente ( email ) ma questo va nella casella SPAM come posso risolvere il problema ?

Depending on the mail service you are using, you should be able to simply mark one of the emails as "Not Spam". From then on, emails from that specific address, should no longer be filtered as spam:
