Form not sending notifications to specific email address

    We have a jotform on http://www.kldesign.com/request-a-design-quote/

    We've had it set up to send responses to kyle@kldesign.com. We recently discovered that no form submissions were coming through to that address (after 6 months, and losing business opportunities). We added other addresses to the form, and those come through fine. 

    We have checked the spam settings for kyle@kldesign.com, and no notifications come through to that address. The email is used on several devices, and they all don't show any emails, including webmail at Godaddy where its hosted.

    Would this address be blacklisted by your system for some reason? Any other help is appreciated.

    Hi Kyle,

    I found the email in the bounce list due to this reason

    It seems the form had spam like submission at one time, so the IP was blocked.

    I had it removed already from the blocked list. New incoming emails should now arrive in your inbox.

    In case similar scenario happens again, you can remove your emails in the bounce list using your account also.
