    Can form results be e-mailed to multiple addresses?

    When a form is submitted, the results go to the address registered with Jotform. Can copies of the response also be sent to several other external e-mail addresses?

    If yes, how does one do that?

    Yes - you have to set up Conditional Formatting. You tell the form that "upon submission" you want it to perform a specific action "EMAIL" to specific people.

    You can add the other recipients in the existing notifier, here's our guide for that: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients.

    Or, you can simply create another notifier: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications. Make sure to add their email address in the "Recipient E-mail" box:

    To add more Notification recipients in an existing form does one go to the Edit Form function?

    Doing so, I tried to follow the process outlined in the tutorials forwarded by Welvin above, but am obviously doing something wrong.

    After selecting the Edit Form option, I click the Emails icon on the tool bar

    Then I click the Notification icon in the drop down menu that follows

    Now, instead of seeing an e-mail address (as expected), I get presented with this document

    So what am I doing wrong?

    Hello WebEtc,

    You have to actually click on the "Reply-To and Recipient Settings" button and then you will be able to edit the Recipient email addresses. Please check the screenshot below:
