    I want to downgrade my subscription from premium to basic (free). I simply do not process enough form submissions to cover the cost of Premium. How do I downgrade to free ?

    For your convenience, I went ahead and cancelled your yearly premium subscription. You will no longer get charged from here on out, although your account will enjoy Premium status until the subscription duration lapses, which is on the 21st of this month.
