I can't see pics or docs that have been uploaded in my app

Hi, 

I am creating a form for our jobsites. Everything is going well when I test them; however, I want to be able to view the submissions in the app in the phone...and the site pic that I upload is not showing up. It is saying Access Denied when I click the link to view it.

From what I get so far, were you perhaps using either of this JotForm Mobile App to view the Submission data on your mobile phone?
