The first screen shot is on my mobile phone. the second is from someone else's. They do not see the number of tickets option. Two people who have tried to order on their phone are experiencing same missing option. Jotform gives transaction ID so looks like it processes but it does not. Email confirmation to customer is below. NOTE: Total purchase is 0
These devices were both Android. Not sure about the others.

I checked your form on my Android device but I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting. See screenshot below.
I checked your form and I noticed that the form's Responsive setting is set to "No". If you are still encountering this issue, can you try to set the Responsive setting to "Yes" and add Mobile Responsive Widget in your form and see if it will help?
To set the Responsive setting to "Yes", just follow the instruction provided in the screenshot below.

Made the change suggested. Saved but did not regen embed code. Now the phone I was getting the ticket number on is missing. Huh?
Please suggest to your customers to use Google Chrome in their Android Devices. I think the issue might be related to the default browser of Android. I cannot replicate it here, but trying to check it with other devices.
I used my chrome browser and it did show up. Before I was using my default INTERNET browser (whatever that was). Weird that the optoin showed up for me before I set the settings to RESPONSIVE...
NOTE: I tried adding a number slider and that did not show up either under the old browser. I have added a text message with instruction. What is the RESPONSIVE widget? Didn't seem to show up in my responsive website like I would have thought...
I checked it with Lenovo A5000 device and it's indeed the default browser, the widget is not showing up there. Here's a screenshot:
I have now forwarded this thread to our developers so they can check this further. If there are updates, you should know it in this thread.
For now, your method of adding a text instruction should work so your customers will know it and can switch to Google Chrome.
As for the mobile responsive widget, it's a widget that will make your form a responsive in all devices. It's not a field, you can't see it in the live form view.
Do you think Jotform can find a fix? Not showing up in a default seems like a big problem. Thanks!
Our developers will do their best to find a fix for this issue. I see that this issue is already assign to one of our developers and marked as important.
We will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.
We've updated the widget - so you should now see all the tickets on a 4.4 Android device.
