Are you referring to this 3rd party app created by one of the Jotform user? http://apps.jotform.com/app/websendcv. It seems the developer on this app has stop the development. I can't seem to get this to work. Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to use this app so I have no idea how this works but you can contact the developer of this app to get more idea. His email address is contact@business-ecomm.com as also seen on app website.

If there's anything else you need help with, please let us know. Thanks!

I'm afraid that we can't automatically fill out forms with user's data from their LinkedIn profile, as far as I can tell.

If you'd like us to send your request to our developers as a feature request, please let us know your thoughts on how you would like us to have it implemented, and we can raise it to our developers as such. We can't give any promises on whether your request would be worked on or implemented any time soon, but it would certainly get on our developers' radar.

    Thank you.

Thanks. We will raise this to our devs but we would require information on how you want the app to work or anything else you want to add.

As a heads up, since this app is rarely used, this request will be most likely in a low priority but rest assured, we will let you know for any updates related to this.

    Thanks!

We were waiting for an update from you as to how you would like us to implement this feature.

It sounds like you want a completely different functionality than the one described in WebSendCV app. You want to populate form fields based on a person's LinkedIn profile, is this correct?

If so, could you please tell us a little more about the way you'd prefer to have it implemented, and we will be happy to send a request to our developers for possible inclusion in our feature set in the future.

For example, would you like a person to fill out one field with their public LinkedIn profile link, and have data pulled from that public profile?

How do you imagine for the form to fill out the fields, would there be a wizard for connecting fields on your form (such as Full Name, Address, etc.) with data from LinkedIn?

As asked before by my colleague, please do let us know what would be your desired workflow, or any thoughts you'd like to add on how you would like this feature to be implemented, and we will be happy to forward your request as such.

We'd love to hear from you on the workflow you are looking for, so that we can forward it for possible implementation in the future. Thank you.

Ok many thanks for your response I will try to explain what I need Exactly as I can, consider we have this form in the link below.

    http://form.jotform.me/form/52621290772454

What I want if there is a button above the form ask the candidate to fill them information from Linkedin.

So we will see that is most the fields can filled from the Linkedin Profile, but it will some fields not filled so it will be easy for the candidate to fill little fields  not all the fields from the beginning.

The fields will still need from the candidate to fill it are

    1- Religion

    2- Possible Start Date

    3- Last Salary

    4- Expected Salary

    5- Passport Number

    6- Skype Id

7- Main 5 specific strengths in your knowledge, skills & attitude empower you as a well competent candidate

8- Certifications & Training courses: mention main five Certifications & Training courses

    9- Other Skills

About the Matrices actually I want to make table like  below but I can not make it so if you help in this also it will be highly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your clarifications and detailed description. That is a different workflow than the one originally designed in the WebSendCV application, so I have renamed this thread accordingly.

I have raised your request as follows, I hope it reflects your requirement correctly:

Customer would like to have a button on top of form for his users to auto-fill some fields with an outside source - their (submitter's) LinkedIn profile.

Submitter would click on this button and provide a (public?) LinkedIn profile, and data such as name, birthday or any other fields that are both on the LinkedIn profile and on the form would get auto-filled from LinkedIn.

We will let you know when or if our developers implement such a feature, but as explained above, we can't make any promises on when or if that might be done.

When it comes to your other question about adjusting the look of Matrices on your form, it has been split to a new thread:

    http://www.jotform.com/answers/667029

We will be supporting you about it there, shortly. Thank you.

There are no updates at this time.  Though a request has been sent for this feature, that does not guarantee that it will be implemented.  It has been assigned a fairly low priority level so if it is implemented, it is likely to be a fair bit a of time before it is.  If there is any progress with this request, we will update this thread as soon as there is any information.

If there is anything else we can assist you with in the mean time, let us know and we will be happy to help.

    Hi Stephen,

No update on the status at this time. I would like to let you know as well that this feature request was not in the high priority list to our back end team. Meaning it may take a while before any update or even if ever this will be realized.

    Thank you.
