The world uses the format M/Day/year. Apparently you don't.
The screen shot you sent to me appears to give a date for the month or the day, then the year. And it has no "/" between the month-day and the year. Could you just send me an example of an expiration date?

From what I have checked, it seems you have already resolve this issue.

When I checked your subscription bankruptcynews now, I see that it had been successfully updated already to the Bronze plan.
