When submitting payment via the form using credit/debit card information it's giving the error notification: "Invalid configuration/this transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration."
Please advise on how to fix.

The issue is probably with the Paypal Pro Settings in your Paypal Account.
It's either the Paypal Pro is not yet enabled in your account or you do not agree to the billing agreement in your Paypal Pro settings.
You should contact Paypal and ask them to enable Paypal Pro in your account. Or, try doing it in this page:
Click "Get Started Today" button and that should take you to another page where you can see number to call or signup online.
