We have two forms where we want to archive the submissions and then tweak the two forms to have people start submissions again for the new year?

So we essentially had a grant season of 2014-2015 with submissions under our two forms.

Now we want to archive these submissions and open up for new submissions for 2015-2016.  I have been already updating the forms but maybe this is bad since they still have the old submissions associated with them.

How can I work this out?

    Thanks,

    Hi,

If I understand you correctly, you want to archive your form's old submission from season 2014-2016 so it won't merge with the new submissions from season 2015-2016? Unfortunately, Jotform doesn't have archive submission options. You may, however, create new forms by cloning your old form so that they will have different submissions. Then disable your old form so it will stop receiving  new submissions.

To clone an existing form from your account, you can follow the guide: How to clone an existing form from your account.

To enable or disable your form, you can follow the guide: How to Enable Disable a Form.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.
