    Form Not Found

Asked by 00mesh on September 15, 2015 at 11:43 PM

Hi, I am new here and I'm making forms for my Game Server but the error Form not Found is showing on my finished form. I saw some questions like this and if the form contains the word Facebook, your security system automatically disables the form. I'm just asking for the Facebook URL. Can you help me fix this?

I have checked your account and your account is autosuspended by the phishing filter because of the suspected phishing form you have: http://www.jotform.me/form/52579101303447

Inside of this form you are asking for user login credentials (username) and that is in violation of JotForm Terms of Use.

Phishing - You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately If a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography. Or if a form was made to steal user login credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately.

Also system might get confused with the form when it finds the word "Facebook" on the form, because there are many other forms that are requesting for Facebook passwords. So I would suggest you to avoid using Facebook words inside of your forms.

I have reactivated your account but you need to change of remove those fields or our phishing detector will again suspend your account.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
