    Hey,

I jut got the feedback of one of my users, that my form (http://form.jotformeu.com/form/52253566439360) does not show properly on her MAC. It seems alle to be kind of jumbled up.

Is there any chance to verify with which browsers my form will work without problems?
Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer seem to work pefectly.

    Kind regards,

    Janine

    Hello Janine,

I tested your form on a Mac environment in a virtual machine and it displays correctly, there are no jumbled up text on input fields.

The forms are designed to function correctly across all major browsers, most probably the user had CSS loading issues caused by erratic internet connection, could you kindly ask them to check if the issue still persists, if possible a screenshot can be included.

You can test you for across various browser environment using browser stack. It facilitates mobile testing also.

    Hi Sammy,

Thanks for the promt reply and the tip regarding browser stack.

The user with this peculiar problem is using Safari on her Mac. That's a browser I couldn't check so far.

Here is a screenshot of the warning she got while trying to use the form, we embedded in our Facebook page:

    It says something like:

"A script on this site is currently busy or does not answer. You may stop the script now, open it in the debug-mode or continue executing the script."

I just gave her the possibility to reach the form via direct link. Just in case it is only because the form is embedded somewhere else. Still waiting for an answer from her.

Curiously 22 other users with different browsers were able to continue with the registration form...

Any ideas, what can be done next?

    Kind regards,

    Janine

    Latest news:

My user tried to open the form on her Mac via Safari and Firefox.
At work she used Linux and an Iceweasel Browser.
Always the same problem with the script. Even while using the direct link I sent her.
And no chance to get to the form by debugging, stopping or continuing the script. She even deactivated her ghostery and other blocks.
According to her it only goes on and on loading without an end.

And I just got a second user with a similar warning message regarding a not answering script...

    Hello Janine,

I have tested the form and ran into a similar behavior, it appears to be caused by the option not to validate fields when the tabs are clicked.

Kindly turn off this option and see if it resolves the issue, I tested on a clone form and turning off the validation option resolved the freezing behavior.
