    BUongiorno,

While JotForm is not a bug tracking software, you can indeed use our forms for collecting bug reports from your employees.

You can also set up email notifications, so that you receive an email every time your form is submitted. By adding an Email field on your form (for your employees to enter their email address), and using it as a Reply-to address in your notification, you can reply directly to your employees over email.

If you were instead asking about adding your own notes to the form after your employees have submitted it, such as marking the bug as resolved, that is possible as well. My colleague has explained in the following thread how you can set up your additional fields that you will edit later on, after bug report has already been submitted to you:

In the additional form section that will only be available to people with an "access key" that is described in that thread, you can add a Radio Button field called Bug Status, and have its values such as Opened, Closed, Resolved. Then simply change the status when you are editing their submission.

You can also make sure that the Opened is selected by default:

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance with setting up your form, and we will be happy to help.
