I have upgraded two days ago, it doesn't work today.

    we upgraded the package 2 days ago.  The upload worked.  Today it does not.  Please advise.

    Hi Cindy,

    I’ve checked your account. Your account was upgraded Bronze successfully. I’ve also checked your invoice, everything seems fine from my side.

    Please do make sure that you are logged into your account. After that, do re-login to your account. Let us know, if you are still having the same issues.
