We are not receiving notification of a form submitted and the submitter is not receiving confirmation email.

    Good morning,

    I have tested the form twice and the above is true. The form is being received by Jotform as I can see it in the form's Submissions, but the form owners are not receiving the form. Please advise.

    If you were trying using the test button, you must submit the form entirely, if the problem was still present, let me inform you that our developers have fixed the problem, please accept our apologies for the inconveniences, the emails that were missing should arrive soon to your inbox.
