    have created a fillable pdf form, but I want to fill it out and send it out for signatures. How do I do this

    Do you mean to fill the PDF form by yourself and send the PDF file to collect only for signatures? If so, since the form information varies from submission to submission you may need to fill several copies. If the information you are trying to fill is the same information, you may save the PDF file using Adobe Reader after filling required information and send the file as an attachment through email. You may also use Send File as an attachment feature in Adobe Reader after saving the file with required information filled in.
