Unable to copy via URL

    Hello! I am unable to clone a form through the following link http://www.jotform.us/thepaidstylist/closet-styling-intake-form . Can you please advise.

    Hello. Thank you for the quick response. Yes, that link works. However, when I click on the "Continue" button it takes me to a blank page / new form.  Any way to remove that step so that it redirects me to the "Clone of Closet Styling Intake Form"?
