Sub-account users are unable to generate PDF forms for the forms shared

    When I try to make my form into a PDF it says it cannot do this. And that the file is damaged. I have tried other forms and it says the same.

    I see that your account is not holding any forms and it seems that you are shared user for Underbelly account. I believe that you are trying to create PDF forms for the forms listed in this account. It seems that we are having an issue with creating PDF forms listed in the parent account.

    Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. Once we have any update on this, you'll be posted through this thread. In the meantime, we request you to generate the PDF forms from the parent account. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
