We have experienced some issue with the email server and emails were not delivered in the last couple of minutes. However, the issue is now resolved and you should be receiving emails. Also, I've checked if your email address and see that it is not in our bounce list.
I've requested for a password reset again from my end for your account stephanie.medina and you should be receiving it shortly.
