Can I provide a link to my form within an email body?

Asked by CONTOMS on September 16, 2015 at 10:31 AM

I need to provide a solicitation to a large client base. I have created an online form through your site and chose the embed form option from the tools you provide but my test run is not allowing recipients to click on a link and that is what I prefer. Some what of an older population and I don't want to have to field the questions on how to copy and paste because I'm afraid I will lose traction with this group.

    Hello CONTOMS,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you mean to say that you want to send your form's link in the email? Well the email embed option you have tried will also send a clickable URL in the email body but you can also manually do this.

You can grab your form's direct URL and manually send it in an email to your users. Please check the screenshot below on how to grab your form's direct URL:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
