There are several questions posed in the forum regarding this, but there are no JotForm responses. Can you assist with this or at least let us know there is an issue or something?

I see there are two issues you mentioned in the thread title.
But the thread details focuses on the email notifications. Please do accept our apologies, we seem to have a problem with the notifications earlier, but our developers have informed us that it has now been fixed. Notifications that were not delivered should still be received soon.
If notification emails are still not arriving in your recipient emails, please do check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.
Regarding the "Thank You" and "Embed" issues, please open a separate thread on it and please do provide us more details so that we can better assist you. I have edited this thread title to focus on the email notification issue.
