Form over quota, this form has exceeded its allocated Quota

    Hello,

     

    I've created a clone of a form already existing (http://www.jotform.com//?formID=52566282756263) and when I try to view the form by clicking on ''Aperçu'' (View), here's the message box I see: Form over quota, this form has exceeded its allocated Quota.

     

    What shouldI do?

     

    I've try to re create a bran new form and it still doing the same thing....

    Hi Marie,

    That is because you have exceeded your File Storage limit which is 100MB only for free accounts. Your current file upload size is 566.20MB. You should consider downloading the files and deleting them in the form to free up your file storage space and to reactivate your account/forms. Or, you may consider upgrading your account to our next plan to increase the limits.
