How to display form partially in multiple web pages?

    Hi!

I want to know if it is possible to have one form that has various sections that are ion different web pages. For example, the first part of the form would be on my website's home page. The user would fill out the first pieces of information and once they click on "Continue" it would take them to a different page to complete the remainder of the form. So essentially the full view of the form is not shown on the Home page.

I hope this make sense :)

Please let me know if this is possible or if not, are there any workarounds you can suggest?

    Thanks!

    Hello 365officehelp,

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly.

Do you mean to say that you want to break one form and display them in multiple web pages? Unfortunately it is currently not possible to achieve your requirement.

One possible solution is to create multiple form and embed them in separate web pages. You can then take advantage of our "Custom Thank you URL" of form to redirect your users from one form to another form. The following guide should help you how to redirect users to another page / form:   http://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page Similarly, you can set the custom thank you URL in each form to redirect users to consecutive form / page.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

You can separate your form to multi pages with Tab Widget.

One of the easiest ways to navigate multiple pages is the use of tabs.

Tab Widget can work properly with Page Breaks, you can now add tabs to your multi-page form.

Your form first needs to have Page Breaks so that the widget can work.

Here is how to do this:

    1) Click on Widgets.

    2) Search Form Tabs.
