My js embedded form is not working properly each time

    For the third time in three days I received forms from clients that are incomplete. #input_63, a dropdown menu does not seem to work properly all the time. When I select one of the options on the site nothing happens. As when I refresh the page it suddenly works, it als works when I copy the source code again. Please cold you help me, it’s just not reliable as it is now.

    I took a look at your website and I see that you are using the js embed code.

    This code works great, unless there is a conflicting code as it happens to be on your website.

    To resolve this, please do change the code to use the iframe embed code instead: How to get the jotform iFrame Code
