I cloned your form to test it and I was able to see the thank you page setup options without issue:
I checked the copy of the form in your account as well, same thing, the thank you page options popped up when the tab was clicked.
If you are still unable to access the thank you page options, if possible, try a different browser to see if that helps. I am not sure why the options would show for your other forms but not this one.

May we know the Operating system you are using?
I logged in to your account to see if its a problem on the account, but I was able to open the "Thank You" and "Embed Form" options.
Could you kindly check if there are any security applications that is blocking our resources? Perhaps an antivirus or a plugin to your browser? If it does, please do try whitelisting or adding those blocked links to your safe list.
I've refreshed your form's cache in our back end just to make sure. Please do check again.
If the problem persists, please provide us more details of the computer you are using for us to better investigate.

this same machine. It is not a problem at this point; I am fine with the
standard Thank You page, and yesterday morning I was able to use the Embed
Form function to get the link to put in my email to people. After that,
the Thank You and Embed Forms functions stopped working. I click, and the
little motion indicates there is a click, but nothing comes up. I will try
it from my laptop at some point to see if the issue is with my desktop pc.

Thank you for the update, Char, I tried editing my forms using a Mozilla Firefox running on a Windows 7 emulator, but I'm unable to replicate the problem. It might be something related to your browser. But please do update us if the "Thank You" and "Embed Form" options open up on your Laptop. We'll wait for your response.
