Not receiving email notifications

    Two emails should be sent.  The one titled Director copy has not been going out.  I ran a test this morning and the email is in the log - but not received by either recipient.

     

    Please advise.

    I checked the email notifier "Director's Copy" on the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/31468155730959

    It does seems to be properly set up, but looking at the email that should receive the email notifications I have noticed that it is in the bounce list for the following reason:

    smtp;521 5.2.1 : (DMARC:F2) This message failed DMARC Evaluation because neither DKIM or SPF aligned with the policy provided by the From domain.

    I have removed it from the bounce list and it should now be delivered, but if you happen to experience the same issue, do let us know Rick.
